Organization & Management
HL College of Commerce is a registered charitable trust registered under the Bombay Charitable Trust Act. The Association is run by an elected body of office bearers and governing council elected every 2 years.
The Office Bearers of the association are:
- President
- Hon. Secretary
- Treasurer
- Jt. Hon. Secretary
Chairman: The Principal of one of the parent institute is nominated as Chairman of the Association.
Vice Chairman: All the other Principals/Directors of other Parent Institutions are nominated as Vice-Chairman of the Association.
2 Members from the Ahmedabad Education Society are invited on the Governing Council.The prominent past HLites are co-opted on the Governing council.
The activities of the alumni association are taken care of by various committees like:

- Placement Committee
- Entertainment Committee
